Breakfast: Keifer smoothie I know an S Snack: Quinoa Berry Blitz Bites - 2 small ones and a few kale chips Lunch: 1/2 cucumber with cottage cheese with drizzled balsamic vinegeretty. Handful of mixed greens with skinney dijon mustard dressing dinner: talapia with some breading (as outlined) in grapeseed oil another small salad with balsamic vinegerette and grapeseed oil with herb dressing and a small bowl full of strawberries with fat free redi whip? Oh yes a glass of red wine

Your lunch looks like a Fuel Pull. Your supper was an S I think, due to the grapeseed oil, still unsure how you cooked your Tilapia but I am thinking S. The quinoa bites sound like an E, but I would have to see stats. Nice day overall, very yummy and it looks like a good slimming day.
