In the book you talk often of your children eating whole wheat pasta and bread. I live in NZ. Is that the same as what we would call wholemeal? I have a bread maker and make 100% wholemeal loaves for them (no white flour).

Yes Nicole. That whole meal/grain bread is great for children if they don't have weight issues. If they do, it may need to be reduced and replaced with other ideas here in the book.
