I will have to look in book, but I recall the pudding called for whey protein powder - that hasn't come yet! LOL

No, it doesn't need whey protein. It does call for almond milk but if you don't have that you can use yogurt or coconut milk and water.

I say go for the fuel pull smoothies! I was so impressed with how thick it made mine!!! The chocolate is so yum! Stephanie

The choco pudding is awesome! Its chilling in the fridge, but really tasted like a thick yummy milk shake before I put it in there I also made my cookie bowl oatmeal
