 3/4 cup of pinto beans (cooked the old fashioned way in a big pot then put into 3/4 cup size portions in zip lock bags in the freezer). A handful of bite sized chicken breast pieces. Seasoned and sauteed in a smearing of butter. Topped with sliced tomatoe, green onion, and cilantro. On the side is one slice of sesame seed ezequiel bread (15g of carbs and .5g of fat) topped with a wedge of light laughing cow cheese. That is a glass of cinnamon apple iced tea on the side sweetened with stevia. THIS was Very yummy, so thought I'd share.
