This morning I had a great workout. Yesterday I went overboard on food, so I got my heart pumping, blood flowing, and calories burning! I wanted to follow it up with a great Fat Stripping Frappa, but I looked in the freezer and realized I didn't have any ice cubes! I was rather disappointed, I must say. I thought then that I could maybe have a Big Boy Smoothie, but to be honest I didn't feel like it today. I wanted something chocolatey. Then I thought perhaps I could make a Muffin In A Mug to have with my smoothie, but I really wanted to take a break from the load of calories I had yesterday, and that muffin would kind of defeat the purpose. So... I decided to add the chocolate directly into the smoothie. Why didn't I think of that before? I'm so happy I stuck to a FP like I had intended. I've saved on calories, not to mention time and effort. It tasted great. It has a nice chocolatey richness that I was craving, the wonderful whey protein that will nourish me and help with exercise recovery, and it only took about a minute and a half to prepare. All I did was add a heaping Tbsp of cocoa powder to the Big Boy smoothie recipe. It's my chocolate muffin with strawberry topping all in a cup. If you love chocolate and strawberry together, give this one a shot!

It's just a heaping Tbsp of cocoa powder to the Big Boy Smoothie. And maybe an extra little bit of sweetener.
