I made this for lunch today and it was so yummy! Cut up 1/2 cabbage into long thin strips. Sautee in coconut oil on medium heat(I was out so I used some grapeseed oil). I covered my skillet to keep the steam in. About 1/2 way through cooking the cabbage, throw in some fully cooked chicken sausage cut into slices. (Today I had these mini links-sun dried tomato mozzarella flavor from Sams, but you could use plan friendly in any flavor) Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, or your favorite seasonings. Then add Braggs to your liking. Cover and Sautee until cabbage is soft and sausages are hot. YUM YUM! I think you could make this a FP if you used less oil and maybe some broth so the cabbage wouldn't burn, but since I used a bit more oil and there was cheese in my sausages, I am pretty sure it's an S. My sausages were not up to purist standards, but they are gluten free and msg free, so not too bad.

Thanks for sharing. I have some sausage in my freezer that needs to be eaten and this could be just the way. Now I just need to go get some cabbage.

OK, I made cabbage and chicken sausage for lunch today. Love it. I put in just a tiny bit of dijon mustard, and some grated Pecorino Romano cheese. So good! I also like to brown my cut up sausage in the skillet first, to get a nice brown crust on the outside, remove from the pan, cook the cabbage, and then mix it all together.
Thanks, hmseyer21, for reminding me how much I like this!

This was a great dinner! I used grilled chicken breast instead of sausage and added the Pecorino Romano Cheese instead of the Braggs. YUM! It was super quick and filling. Thank you!
