I'm lactose intolerant and I have a friend who was telling me about oat milk. She makes it with oats, water, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. If I replace the syrup with stevia would this be suitable for E purposes?

I should think this would be OK, if used in smaller quantities. It is a liquid, so there will be a faster rise in blood sugar levels, but I would think that it would be fine if you wanted to have some of that.
