This is the menu I made when I first started doing THM, I hope it helps some of you with ideas! The format is first line breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. I did not always eat all the meals and snacks, it was just too much food!!!
Sunday:
(E) Cottage Blueberry Porridge pg 230 ( I made a large pot of oatmeal at the beginning of the week to last me all week long)
(E) Apple with 1tsp Almond or peanut butter
(S) Tuna Salad in a red bell pepper with melted cheese on top (my addiction right now!)
(FP) Cucumber boat (remove seeds to make well) with cottage cheese in the center well.
(S) Burger with mayo, mustard and cheese in lettuce wraps with all the fixings. Salad side with Oil and Vinegar
Monday:
(E) Oatmeal with berries and greek yogurt
(S) Hard boiled eggs with cheese slices (make extra eggs for later in the week, I made 16)
(E) Approved Tortilla spread with light mayo and mustard, deli meat with all the fixings. Cottage cheese mixed with yogurt and berries.
(S) Celery smeared with cream cheese and spices
(S) Salmon cooked in coconut oil served over a bed of salad with Oil and Vingar dressing
Tuesday:
(E) Breakfast burrito approved wrap with egg whites, veggies and a little turkey deli meat
(S) Celery with peanut butter
(E) Approved Tortilla with a little cottage cheese and refried beans to make a quesadilla
(E) Piece of fruit with a few nuts
(S) Crabby Patties (Make extra for lunch the next day) pg 338
Wednesday:
(FP) Fat Stripping Frappe Pg. 240
(E) Apple with 1 tsp peanut of almond butter
(S) Crabby Patties made into lettuce wraps
(S) a handful of almonds with some sliced cheese
(E) grilled chicken breast with a side of Quinoa and a salad with balsamic vingear
Thursday:
(S) 3 egg omlete cooked with veggies (celery, onion and red bell for me!) and topped with a little cheese and salsa
(E) Piece of fruit with some nuts
(S) Egg salad made in lettuce wraps with cheese and nuts
(E) Hard boiled egg with a handful of nuts
(S) Fooled ya pizza pg 276 (save leftovers for lunch the next day)\
Friday:
(S) Muffin in a mug pg 256
(E) Greek yogurt with either slim belly jelly or 1/2 C Blueberries
(S) Left over fooled ya pizza
(S) Gucomole with veggies
(E) Bean burgers with some sort of veggie side (make extra for lunch the next day) pg 339
Saturday:
(S) Poached eggs with cottage cheese mixed with greek yogurt and berries sweetened with stevia
(E) Piece of fruit with a few huts
(E) Bean burgers
(S) Cheese and nuts
(S) Meatloaf pf 316
Sunday:
