Yup, or maybe I just need more chili to spread it out... hopefully that's not one of the pieces my littles end up with

I've tried it like 5 times now, can't get the sweetness to distribute. Even using NuNaturals. :-( Chili flakes, huh...interesting!

I have been adding a TBS of heavy cream and mixing withi an immersion blender. Also a tiny pinch of salt. It gets it dispersed soooooo much better! Not sure if it's the cream or the blender, but its working!

I warm up the oil to liquify it, and then I add the nustevia and stir well before adding cocoa and vanilla and a bit of salt. And what is the appropriate serving size anyhow?

In another post, it was said that serving size could be up to 1/4 of the recipe.

I switched my cocoa brand and the new stuff is much yummier. I have my snowbird parents bringing me Hershey's cocoa when they return in the spring. Can't wait!

I was having issues to with the sweetness not being even. This last time I made a double batch but cooled in the same pan I normally do so that it was thicker. That really seemed to help.

My family hasn't enjoyed the Skinny Chocolate. There was too much of an aftertaste, even after experimenting with it 4-5 times now. Thankfully, I gave it one last try tonight, and it was good! Here's what I did differently: 1. Cut Hershey's or Ghiradelli's cocoa powder down to 3 Tbsp. instead of the 1/4 cup. 2. Use regular amount of coconut oil, melted. 3. Add a small sprinkle of sea salt. 4. Add 7-8 drops of vanilla-flavored liquid NuNaturals stevia drops. 5. Add 1 tsp. xylitol ground up fine in a small coffee grinder. Combine all ingredients well with an immersion blender or an el-cheapo electric beverage whisk. There was no bitter aftertaste, and we all liked it! Hooray!
