Does anyone have a healthy recipe for chocolate chip cookies? They are my most favorite thing to eat warm right out of the oven and I would really love to have a THM recipe replacement

Try the healthy indulgences website. She has some good ones that would fit the plan.

Her chocolate chip cookies are an S. I believe most of her recipes are S, although I haven't seen all of them so I can't say that for certain. Just check out the ingredients and see if they are all low-carb. If you're not sure about an ingredient, you could google the nutrition facts for it.

You could also use this site to figure out the nutritional content. It actually shows you a nutrition facts label that looks just like the ones on foods from the grocery store: caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.phpYou have to reword things sometimes, like removing any extra words that aren't exactly necessary to the list of ingredients, but it's quite the helpful site! You can also adjust the nutritional content list by the number of servings you show. I'm wondering how many carbs are considered low carb in one serving?

That chocolate chip cookie recipe looks delightful! I was wondering about the best place to order erythritol at the best price for the best product. I know, I know, a lot of "bests" in that sentence! I saw that NuNaturals has a 5-lb. bag of it, but it's $41.59. Gulp. Where do you all prefer to purchase erythritol for baking?
