Okay, I'm second guessing myself, but want to make sure. I drink a healthy nutritional shake each morning. (http://wholeintentions.com/2012/12/a-shakeology-review-introduction-faq/) 1 scoop is 160 calories, 2.5g fat and 17 g carbs. I want to be able to use this drink as all three meal types if possible and wanted to make sure I was thinking through this correctly. If I mixed it with 1 c. of almond milk, (30 calories, 2.5g fat and 1g carbs) that would still be an E meal, right? Or are the fat grams too high? Maybe mix it with water? To make it an S meal, I'm thinking I could do 1 c. of almond milk, with maybe 2 whole eggs on the side. Not sure how I would make it into a FP though. Could I use a scoop of this in place of the cocoa and whey in the Fat Stripping Frappa? Maybe 1/2 scoop of the shake instead of a whole scoop? Thanks for your help!

I suppose you could use it for E, mixed with almond milk. The carb count is too high for S or FP though. 1/2 scoop might be OK for those. It's a little high in carbs still, but perhaps you could try it and see if your weight is doing what you want it to do.
