When I first started cancer treatment, my sweet sister gave me a book titled "The Cancer Fighting Kitchen" by Rebecca Katz. Many of the recipes became staples for me over the next months. This one was one of my favorites and yesterday I decided to see if I could make THM style. My whole family voted it a success! The whole recipe was eaten in record time and it had NO sugar or maple syrup (syrup is in the original recipe). Here is my modified recipe: 1 cup canned pumpkin puree 3/4 tsp. grd. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1/2 tsp. grd. ginger 1/8 tsp. grd. cardamom pinch of freshly grated nutmeg 2 eggs 1/8 tsp. NuNaturals stevia 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup almond milk Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Stir the pumpkin, stevia, cinnamon, salt, ginger, cardamom, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, beat the eggs lightly, then whisk in the vanilla and milk. Whisk the egg mixture into the pumpkin mixture until well combined. Pour the custard into 6 ramekins. Place the ramekins in a baking pan and add enough hot water to the dish to come 2/3 to 3/4 up the sides of the ramekins. Be careful not to drip or slosh water into the custard. Carefully transfer to the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled. Such delicious, warm, spiced pumpkin goodness!

Would this be an S dessert? It sounds great - I have a strong craving for pumpkiny-spicey things in the winter!
