That sounds yummy & may be just what I need for my morning coffee when I'm eating an E meal. I would use unsweetened almond milk. I can't wait to hear how you like it w/ stevia.

Well after a mishap of buying pumpkin PIE mix (I ALMOST had a pity party and added it anyway - ALMOST!) I made a vanilla spice coffee creamer - this cuppa is so delicious! You'll have to make it!
4 cups half and half 4 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground all spice 1 tsp nutmeg 2 T truvia 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Premeasure the spices. Put 4 cups 1/2 and 1/2 in saucepan and bring to simmer from medium heat. Put in vanilla and spices. Whisk until well incorporated - a few minutes.
You could add 1/2 cup real pumpkin for a pumpkin spice flavored creamer - but make sure it is 100% pumpkin - NOT pumpkin pie mix which is loaded with sugar!!!!
