i made the cheesy rolls of page 271, it says you can slice them in two and make a sandwich, mine did not rise enough or at all to slice, i ate two and the bread, very yummy, but what did i do wrong to have it not puff up? also can you show a picture of what waves should look like? i mixed for quite a while, thanks

Mine didn't rise either. I mixed forever and then baked. I tried to slice mine in half. It sort of worked lol! I think next time I will just eat two like you did.

My didn't rise either and then I started questioning if I had added the baking powder. Hmmm... I"m not sure why they aren't turning out. I did eat them anyway though and they were quite yummy.

Mine do rise but not a whole bunch. They are pretty slim but I can cut them in half. Are you using the muffin top pan? It is harder to slice them without that but doable if you are careful.

I did not use the muffin top pan. I bet that would help! Thanks!

Actually, it's a muffin TOP pan. It is wider and shallower than a muffin tin.

If you don't have a muffin top pan you could try it in an egg ring . Also make sure your baking powder is not old. It does lose its potency.
