Before we started THMing we would always buy a big container of farm milk. Since none of us are really drinking it now, ( 4 on plan, 1 cautious 4 dairy allergic boy, and a dad who doesn't really drink it) what should we do with it??? Got any ideas?

I freeze it in 1/2 c measures. then I can pull it out for recipes. :-)

You can turn that milk into kefir for a super nourishing S food.

You could also make yogurt out of it. There are easy recipes for homemade yogurt w/out using a yogurt maker on the Internet. Or you could make delicious baked custard subbing any sugar in the recipe for trivia or nustevia.
