this chia tapioca is my amazing friends recipe. but, it is so wonderfully satisfying and tasty. she has a great knack for recipes. my recipe is the 2nd one but i like hers best. i'm a nourishing traditions farm fresh fat lover and enjoy every bit of it so the fat amount feels great to me. you can scale back the first recipe with more water and omit the yolks as well. i'd only recommend the yolks if you know where they came from. “deep S tapioca” in blender blend: 2 cans coconut milk 2 cups water (optional, could also use more) 1 tsp glucomannan add while blending: 4 yolks (optional, you could add the whites, too if you wanted) 1.5 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla 2 finger pinches salt 1-2 finger pinch of nutmeg sweeten with 1 dash stevia extract powder add 4 TBS chia per quart, and add these last just to get them mixed in evenly pour into two quart jars “slight S choc peanut delight” (slight unless you eat the whole quart) in blender blend: 1 can coconut milk 2 cans water 2 tsp glucomannan 2 tsp vanilla 2 TBS cocoa powder 1 TBS + 1 tsp peanut flour 2 finger pinches salt 1 rounded pinch stevia extract powder (from teeny measuring spoons that include, smidgen, pinch and dash- there are 2 smidgens in a pinch, 2 pinches in a dash : www.amazon.com/Norpro-3080-Measuring-Spoons-Piece/dp/B0009X1P9S/ref=sr_1_cc_3?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1360107332&sr=1-3-catcorr&keywords=dash+smidge )
