My local Meijers carries a brand of pasta called "No Oodels". They are made with water, yam flour and lime. Their nutrition label reads as zero everything--sugars, calories, etc, and just 1 carb. They are packaged just like Miracle Noodles. Can these be used the same way as konjac noodles, with the same very filling results? I can also get Miracle Noodles from Meijer but only spinach. The yam noodles are plain and I think could be utilized more ways. I'm not a huge pasta fan and eat it infrequently but am interested in the konjac noodles for the ability to be filling and offer longer satiety with the E meals.
