Ok so I don't know if I have the right pita's? They had 2 kinds. I bought the one that says Flax Oat Bran & WW Pita Bread. Is this the correct one? Has 6 pitas, each one has 2g fat and 8g carbohydrates. Also, with an E meal I can eat 1 of these pitas correct? And for a Joseph's Pita Pizza (S meal) I can have 2 pitas? Am I reading this correct? Thanks

With E meals you would be able to eat a lot more, as these are only 4 net carbs per pita. Up to 45 are allowed on E meals. Up to 15 carbs are allowed as an S helper, so my guess would be that 1-2 of these for an S meal is acceptable.
Somebody please correct me, though, if I'm wrong!

Where does it say 4 "net" carbs? Mine says 8g carbs? Or do I not understand that translation of this?

There are 8 grams total carbs, but 4 of those grams come from fiber. Subtract the fiber and that gives you the "net carbs," which is the number that you should follow. The fiber does not count as a "carb."

With an S meal, one pita split in half and stuffed should be enough. Two might make a huge amount of food but if you are losing eating two, guess that would be okay.

Ok so S Meal one pita split in 2. What about an E meal? Also, I though the pita pizza's say to use 2 pitas? Is this wrong?

Yes it says two or three of them but they are split into two parts, so extra thin. If you ate three (I give my husband three) that is only 1 and 1/2 pitas and really that would be the limit. I think Men would be okay with two for E but if you are making E sandwiches, that would give you four once you have cut them in half and there is not really a reason to eat that many since they are quite big. Better to have one and a side of cottage cheese or some pudding or lemon mousse afterward.
