p.266-Trim Healthy Pan Bread I would like to make this recipe to have with the lentil soup since both are E's. The recipe is missing the quantity of how many egg whites from shell or Eggbeaters. Please advise.

if a person had a bowl of lentil soup AND a panbread (an exciting sounding idea) is that too many carbs for the E meals? Really, i find the E meals the hardest because I can't eat much in the way of grains. I can't eat gluten/wheat at all and I have spent the last year on a grain-free healing diet called GAPS. I am so much better, but still can't tolerate too much in the way of grains without a reaction in my gut.

A bowl of lentil soup with 1 pan bread (about 1/3 of a full serving) should be fine.
