I have a fish dinner I love. It is any white fish on sale thawed. Place in cake pan and drizzle with butter, lemon juice, sea salt and parsley. Served with veggie, salad or both.
I know that with the butter it makes it an S meal. But is there such a thing as to much butter? Cause when you make it, this is a lot of butter. Just wanted to be sure I can eat as a S meal dinner and it's not turning into a Crossover or something else.

There's no actual limit on how much butter you can have in an S meal. As long as your meal is low in carbs, no grains or anything, it's a trimming meal. Go ahead and enjoy your fish dinner. =)

Another way I like to have fish (we get a lot of fresh white fish here in NZ) is to roll it in egg, then coat in coconut and fry. you could also roll in greek yogurt then coconut and bake. Absolutely delicious, especially when served with a drizzle of a sauce I make that is so easy - just a blob of butter, a dollop of crushed garlic, a squeeze of lemon (optional), lemon rind (optional) and nicely finished off with a big slop of cream or sour cream. No measurements needed, just go by taste, amount needed, and runniness preferred. Yummo!!
