Yes, my family loves that bad for you horrible stuff. So being a THD (trim healthy daughter , I wanted to find a way to recreate this in a healthy fashion. Here is the closest I have come to Miracle Whip that is still healthy. (It does taste different, but my family really enjoys it.) In Blender place 1/2 tsp Salt Sweetener (I just sprinkle a small amount of stevia) 1 TBS Lemon Juice 2 TBS Vinegar Beat together 1 1/2 C Oil (I use olive oil... you could do coconut, but my dad really dislikes the taste of coconut) 2 egg yolks Turn on blender and slowly add the oil/egg mixture Boil on stove 1/2 C water mix together before adding to water on stove 1/4 tsp Glucomannan 1 tsp Mustard Powder 1/2 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 TBS Vinegar Boil mixture on stove for 1-2mins then slowly add to moving blender. Chill and enjoy!

Thanks so much for posting this!! My family also love Miracle Whip and while it was my intention to make the mayonaise recipe in THM, I hadn't yet made it to that one. I'll try this now and see what the reception is.
