Ok either I totaly missed it or I'm just not good at inventing but I am having a hard time coming up with snacks for E times. I love the garbanzo beans, cottage cheese, but's it's like all I see.
What does everyone do for snacks? Are there any that have a bit of sweet to them? HELP!!

Are you wanting an actual E snack, or just something to have close to an E meal? Baked apples or broiled grapefruit are some of my favorite E snacks. I like to have them with 0% Greek yogurt, sweetened with vanilla and stevia. And for snacks to have after/close to E meals, I use anything Fuel Pull. Any of the puddings, FP whey smoothies like a Frappa, or some cottage cheese or Greek yogurt... Those are my go-to's.

Thanks. I was looking for something as a snack more so. I am going to be doing a Fuel Cycle week and was stumped what to have as a "snack". Was totally in the mind set of "must be labeled E" but yes I forgot a FP would work right?

I like a sliced up plum or peach with a teaspoon of cream.
