I bought some of these this week for quick lunches for my husband, with the intention of figuring out how to make these myself. It was $12 for 10 patties, which is a little too expensive for me, since my children like them too and we'd go through them too fast. I just made some and had one on a THM Bread in a Mug. So good and definitely satisfying. Since I wasn't too exact with my version, I thought I'd see if there was a recipe online. I found a blog (this is not my blog) that had a terrific recipe, so I thought I'd share. It works great with ground turkey, too. Homemade Sabatino's Chicken/Cheese/Spinach Burger

Did you sub Bread in a Mug for the breadcrumbs too? Sounds yummy.

I actually didn't use breadcrumbs at all. I didn't feel like it needed it. Sorry, I should have mentioned that.

Wow! Those sound wonderful. My husband can't eat chicken but turkey is ok, so I'll sub lean ground turkey instead. I'm buying groceries Thursday and this will be on my list. Thanks for posting the link.

So glad. This has become a family favorite. I also make them in muffin cups for mini meatloaves.
