I'm going to go shopping for this plan for the first time next week. What kinds of things should I put on my list? I don't have an Aldi's, but I do have a Winco where I can get some of the flours in bulk. They also have 2 different types of quinoa, red and multi. Which one should I get?
My husband is going to do this with me, but he will not touch veggies. He works at a restaurant and has access to the meats he would need. He is deathly allergic to peanuts, so that eliminates anything made with peanut flour. What can I tell him to eat/send with him?

I am also new and wanting a "starter shopping list" I am waiting for my book, but have been on the program when staying with my Step-daughter for three weeks. (about 15 lbs lost!) I have a few recipes, but would like to get started now I am home.

I am currently reading the book and hope to shop this weekend and start on Monday.
My list is going to be unsweetened Almond Milk, Stevia, half and half or heavy cream, Almond Flour, eggs, meats, real butter, Coconut Oil, Salmon and tuna....
This is just the start of my list....I haven't made it to the recipes yet so I am going to add to this list once I read over some recipes and decide on a first week of meals.
