After reading about half of your book and studying your recipes I am excited to try the program but I am hesitant because I have looked at your pictures and you ladies are both very tiny. I had a personal trainer who was also very tiny and able to eat whatever she wanted but I could not do the same because of the way my body stores fat and uses fat. How do I know I can follow your plan and not balloon up to a larger size?

Give it a try! It has worked well for many and is working well for me. Bonus- you might just feel great, too!

This plan works for EVERY body type. Its very effective, and very flexible within certain principles. Although Serene and Pearl may have different body types too, they have to be purposeful to maintain a trim figure as well. I am more of a pear shape as well, and I gain weight very easily, but this plan works wonders for me.
