chicken thighs (roasted, boneless, skinless), salad, kalmata olives, and trader joes balsalmic vinagrette (so yummy)...
the vinagrette per 2 Tbsp is: 80 calories, 60 fat calories, 6 grams fat, 60 sodium, 5 grams carbs, (5 are sugars), 0 protein...

Salad dressing should be 3g carbs or less per serving. Other than that your meal was great!
