Been on plan 4 days now, and have done straight S meals, until this morning, when I made the yummy pancakes in the book. 3 questions: 1 - Is it necessary to have the Greek yogurt with them to have enough protein? ( I just used berries and fat free reddi whip)
2 - I didn't add any fat except slight spray on pan with traders joes coconut oil spray. oh, my cottage cheese was no fat. Was there 1 tsp of fat somewhere in there from the oats or something?
3 - Used a little bit of Walden Farms pancake syrup I found at Kroger. It uses sucralose as the sugar replacement. Is that acceptable or not?
Thanks!

You don't have to use the yogurt. I believe the cottage cheese & egg whites are the protein source. Walden Farms syrup is on plan so you are fine there also. I think you can add up to a tsp of butter on your pancakes & still be in E territory. I love those pancakes!
