I wasn't sure about that- 2 TBS doesn't seem like a lot, but bananas are pretty sweet.
I can't believe how many bananas I used to eat, especially in smoothies, thinking I was doing myself good. No wonder I never lost weight before THM

I did the same thing with bananas. I would buy tons & freeze them for DAILY smoothies! I think they are just higher on the glycemic index so even the 2 TBS is too much for a FP. I usually try to just think of certain foods as only to be used in E meals or S meals so I don't have to worry too much with numbers. This stumps me a lot when ladies who are more numbers oriented ask about specific amounts of foods used in another fuel setting, my brain gets confused, lol! But this is one I'm pretty certain needs to stay in an E setting.
