I made myself this list last week when I started my FP Cycle...Basically just took notes from the book. I needed an "at-a-glance" reference of no-no's for the FP Cycle. It occurred to me that it might be helpful to someone else, so here it is:
FP Cycle Off Limit Items
For S days: S helpers berries grains beans fruit nuts seeds avocado Peanut butter (Peanut flour is okay) kefir yogurt of any kind including greek cottage cheese cream cheese ricotta tomato based products onions sweet peas
For FP days:
more than 1 tsp oil/fat nuts seeds PB (Peanut flour okay) fruit (except berries) grains beans starchy veggies regular yogurt (greek okay) ricotta cottage cheese (1% okay) kefir more than 3 oz of lean meat
For E days:
more than 1 tsp oil/fat egg yolks full fat kefir goat's milk cream boxed cereal
