I really need to get back to exercising but I seem to be lacking the motivation to get started. Pitiful excuse isn't it?
So I thought maybe we could start a thread for us to check in and say we exercised (or not) each day, as a way to stay accountable for exercising. I looked to see if there was a thread like this already but couldn't find one, if there is, sorry and just point me that way.
It doesn't matter what kind of exercise each of us does, just as long as we are doing some sort of moving/exercise. I think we can also decide for ourselves how often we need to exercise, I know some will do daily while others 3 x a week.
Anyway, is anyone else interested in an exercise accountability thread? I know it would help me stay (get) motivated.

I think it's a great idea, and I would love to join you, BUT I am trying to limit how often I come online to the forum , so it would be a double-edged sword for me. I'm sure with all the great ladies on here, you will get something going.

Sometimes I just need an extra push out the door, too! (Although I love walking) I have walked 9 out of the last 11 days. Not sure how far I'm walking. At least 2 miles.. maybe further. It used to take me an hour. Now I'm so slow I think its closer to 2! Lol

That is great, 9 out of 11 days!! I'm trying to decide what exercise I want to do. I love the couch to 5k but can only do it outside and don't want to have an excuse not to exercise when the weather is bad. I have a biggest loser yoga and I have Tapp core also. Today I did Tapp core. I think I will do it for awhile and see if I want to keep with it or switch later.
I'm just glad I finally exercised again!!

Walked only 3 days this week. Plan to make tomorrow 4. Just let time get away today!

I'm so glad today is Sunday and I can rest! My legs are sooo sore from my workout yesterday! I know that is a good thing though. Its amazing how much of a workout I'm getting from Wii fit plus. I've also noticed it gives me a short burst then a break while loading the next exercise, that is similar to how the book recommends. I hope you ladies are getting some moving in also.

I have exercised 6 of the last 8 days! I love how I feel when I exercise, physically and mentally. It makes me feel good to know that I had the discipline to do it!

I finally exercised today! Since its been a few weeks since the last time and since I'm 30 wks PG I start slow. I did the Leslie Sansonne Walk-a-mile. That's just 20 mins. I want to keep exercising everyday. So if I'm successful this week I plan to begin the 2-mile walk and just keep to that for the rest of this pregnancy. Yes, the discipline of waking at 5:30 am and making sure I get done before the children wake. It is very invigorating and clears the brain. It puts a good positive spin on the day.

Just walked Monday and Tuesday this week. Was going for 5 days this week... but got caught up in a project again today! Ended up feeling stressed and sick... not worth it! Tomorrow!

Love hearing from others that are exercising! Keep it up!
I exercised again this morning, trying to do the short bursts with the Wii. Its working pretty good. I'm just happy I'm consistently getting some type of exercise in!
