I tried them recently too. They are flattish and kind of sticky. I have found some flavors are a lot more ... Well, flavorful than others. Cinnamon roll hardly had any taste .

What is the official word on the B-up bars? They look like they are on plan to me. I've had the chocolate ones and they are a soft taffy consistency. A whole one has 8 grams of fat though, so definitely in S territory. Got mine from Netrition: www3.netrition.com/yup_b_up_bars.html

You have to chose a flavor, and then a link for the nutrition data will appear.
