Raspberry Cheesecake Shake Introducing the culinary brilliance of our little sister Mercy -well maybe she’s not so little since she’s 21 but we can’t shake the term. And in a way… she is little because once she started Trim Healthy Mama, she lost the weight she struggled with and has been at goal weight now for a couple of years. She’s a wizard in the kitchen and comes up with some delicious Trim Healthy Mama recipes. She found this idea online and THM-ified it. I (Pearl) got to taste this shake this morning and it was bliss. ½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt (or low fat cottage cheese) ½ cup Frozen Raspberries 1 and ½ Tbs. Trim Healthy Mama Sweet Blend (or you can use 3-4 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder* or any other plan approved sweetener to taste) 1 scoop whey protein powder 2 Tbs. reduced fat cream cheese 1 cup water Optional handful of ice cubes. Optional ¼-1/2 tsp. Gluccie (glucomannan) or xanthan gum (for extra thickness and creaminess) Blend Well *THM Sweet Blend and Pure stevia extract are available at www.trimhealthymama.com(You could make this a Fuel Pull buy using fat free cream cheese but it is a nice creamy S using the 1/3 reduced fat or full fat cream cheese)

Is this recipe one serving (like if I had it for breakfast)?

I'm on a FP day but couldn't stop thinking about this so I subbed 1% cottage cheese for the cream cheese. I'm in FP heaven right now!

Had it for breakfast this morning and it was so good! I added 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract.
