This is not only good, but AWESOME! I have been making it at least once a week - as a S with full fat dairy and FP with non fat dairy - and the Ryans love it!

Rebeka, I want to make it using extracts as a change of pace. Personally, I LOVE the lemon, but my hubby thought it might be "fun" to try TuttiFrutti, Strawberry, or something else for a change. I suppose with those flavors, I would need to fully omit the lemon and replace it with water to keep it a FP or S? Possibly using a berry juice would result in an E?

I would be careful of juices because of being off plan, but perhaps you could use berries in place of the lemon that, whole or pureed, to make the gelatin and add extracts to that.

Thank you for your brain power regarding juice! I was thinking about all of the juicing I've been doing for the kids...sometimes I forget I'm not one of them!
