If you have been on plan for several months and have a good grasp of S and E meals you should do well on a Fuel Cycle.
My biggest tip is to have a menu and snacks ready, knowing what you can eat when the time comes helped me to know what to get fixing rather than just grabbing something to eat. Earth Milk was my friend as well, made S or FP depending on the day. Re-reading the Fuel Cycle chapter several times also helped me.

When you say 3 rounds do you mean 3 days or 3 meals?

I believe the book says to do only 2 Fuel Pull cycle weeks back to back. I enjoy eating on that plan. I think that eating all "S" for the day means you do not have to wait the full 3 hours between meals and snacks because you are not switching. Also can mix FP in with an "S" day or "E" day. I have lost 25 lbs in 3 months and I am 69 yrs. old. I have done the 2 weeks of fuel pull cycle twice.

You should feel free to go up to 3 rounds of a the FC. Be sure to keep your meals/snacks 3 hrs apart. Read through the FC chapter a few times & make a menu or at least a list of foods allowed on each part of the cycle. Be aware that some foods are restricted or limited during the FC. It's a great experience with a lot of opportunity to learn more about the THM plan. I hope you have a great experience!!
