Happy Monday everyone! I have finished 3 weeks of THM and today I begin week #4.
B - Egg whites scrambled (p 217 in THM) with salsa and 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with my Strawberry Jam (mashed strawberries, chia seeds, truvia) on them. An E
L - LC Mission Tortilla with Chipotle cream cheese 2 slices of Turkey, lettuce, tomato and 3/4 cup of rice to make this an E, unless I stop at the store and buy Nectarines. Then it's no rice and a nectarine.
D - On the go...probably an S.
Snack - I am going to try the fat stripping frape again and modify it. I didn't like it the first time I tried it, too icy.

BR (E) quinoa, blueberries, almond milk and stevia LU (S) salmon and salad w/ cottage cheese SN (E) kefir w/ peach and protein powder shake SU (S) Baked chicken w/ lemon sauce, asparagus, maybe lemon cupcake w/ lemon icing Edit: And supper didn't end up being enough, so I had some cheese and nuts before bed.

Breakfast~ scrambled eggs and cheese (S) Lunch~ Samoa shake (S) Snack~ fruit, small handful of nuts (E) Supper~ Something with chicken breasts... better get it figured out soon, but at least my meat is thawed Chicken breast stir-fry, with garlic scapes, quinoa and kale (E) Sipping Oolong and GGMS

B: Coffee w/ cream & stevia Sn: Arugula topped w/ Bratwurst, red onion, shredded cheese, pecans, olive oil, ACV, s&p & ice coffee w/ heavy cream, stevia, & maca L: Leftover E pizza & cherry choc chip shake (Crossover meal) D: Chesecake fudge & Earthmilk (Hubby is out tonight so it's dessert for dinner!)

Saturday's Meals for week #4 of THM
B - NO cook oatmeal with 1/4 cup of Blueberries is an E.
I would love to also make a Fat Stripping Frape to take with me...haven't tried it again yet!!!
L - Pot Luck will go S I have ground beef to bring...and maybe Kale Chips! Hope I get time to try them.
D - ?
