So I'm new to THM. I'm on page 263 of the book. I have read a lot of it but have scanned a bit too . My question is this: how do you set your day up? Do you mix S and E meals up all in one day or do you do all S meals one day and all E another? This is the part that is confusing to me. I understand how to put the meals together (even though I'm going to have a hard time getting used to the high fat S meals) but I don't understand how to put a whole day or week together?? Thank You! I can't wait to get started!

Chapter 11 talks about this, page 111 starts the sections specifically addressing how to switch up I believe. It really comes down to how you want to meal plan Most mamas get to freestyling, where you switch up on a meal by meal basis, some prefer to start with a whole day of one fuel type then switch the next day to another as they get the fuel types down. Please feel free to post menus you are considering and the ladies here can take a look and help troubleshoot any areas that may need attention

Thank you! Like I said, I have scanned a bit in my rush to get started. I must have missed it ..... or someone was talking to me at the same time which is just as likely.
Thank you!

Another question .... I have stopped using coffee mate and started making Trimaccino's - which are great! If I have an E breakfast should I not add a TSP of fat to my meal due to the MCT oil in the coffee?

Great question, you can go ahead and make the Trimmaccino Light version and still add a tsp to your meal MCT burns differently than most fat and with all the goodness in it the authors gave the go ahead to have a light with E.
