How much protein is expected in a meal? If you don't have enough protein, can it halt or slow down weight loss?
Also, how come when you eat an E meal, you can only eat egg whites and not also the yolk?

There isn't a certain number to get exactly, more the principle about centering your meal around protein. Page 22 talks a bit about how protein effects weightloss, the Raw Green Colleen has lots of protein information In an E meal you want to keep the fat minimal, so yolks are best in S meals.
