Ladies what are you eating today? Or what do you plan to eat today? Breakfast~ Cottage Toast (E) Snack~ Apple and string cheese (E) Lunch~ Salad~ Romaine, sunflower seeds, blue cheese, cottage cheese, celery sticks (S) Snack~ Pumpkin Pie Shake (S) Supper~ Baked Chicken (S) Dessert/snack~ ? (Hopefully something I got baked to take to hunting camp ) Sipping~ Cranberry Wassail, Lemonade Up early combined with busy day, so extra snacks

Before breakfast: 1 quart fennel and oolong tea.
Br: oatmeal, 1 tsp honey
Lu: Spanish rice, yogurt, big boy smoothie
Sn: few spoons apple/cranberry sauce ( didnt know what to have for snack and saw it in the fridge, I knew I wanted an E for snack), yogurt and blueberries ( hubby wanted me to make him some so now I knew I'd have a full proper snack) lol.
Su: eggs, steamed broccoli.
D: skinny chocolate and brownie energy bites.

Sn. (FP) big boy smoothie
