I started following all the guidelines this past Monday. I did two consecutive days of all "S" meals and snacks. On Wednesday I did an "E" meal at lunch and everything else an "S". I've had a slight headache everyday. Thursday I start aching all over. I know it's not the flu. That night I have a severe headache, and my head never hurts! Friday I wake up and through out the day I feel even worse.I've been crazy emotional crying for 2 days like I do when I'm pregnant, and I'm definitely not pregnant! Full, bloated stomach. My headache is back and now I'm having shortness of breath and heart palps. I get very scared and look up low carb dieting. So after reading a few articles I think I'm in dire need of a doctor or I need to eat some carbs? I eat carbs and within 15-20 minutes I feel fine. I felt back to my old self. Is this normal? Please tell me I'm not the only one that has ever failed at THM! I had a major problem with carbs and sugar and this week I wasn't even tempted one time to cheat. I couldn't believe it, then today I thought I was dying ( so a little dramatic I know). I love the layout of this lifestyle change and so desperately want to make it a success for me. What am I doing wrong? I followed the recipes in the book and didn't stray until I was so sick. I've never been on any type of low carb diet before so I'm not used to cutting carbs out.I've read so many blogs and they're eating basically all S meals and snacks too. I want to lose weight but not hurt myself! I have hypothyroidism, could my new eating habits affected that? I cut out stevia today thinking it could be causing my headache but it didn't seen to matter
