B - Pumpkin cake w/ cream cheese frosting, 1 hard boiled egg (S) S - none (had a late breakfast) L - Leftover quinoa & chickpeas, guvetch (an Israeli eggplant & tomato dish), & leftover lean pork chop (E) S- Thin mint smoothie (I use Gwen's recipe but always add 1/2 scoop wpp) (S) D - Shredded taco meat & cheese in a low carb tortilla shell, salad (S) S -

Nervous about dinner. First time making it. Hoping the family will like it.

Breakfast - E - 2sl Ezekiel French Toast (no fat used in the pan when cooking), 1/2c 1% cottage cheese, coffee w/1tsp cream & sweet blend Snack - FP - Chia Tapioca Pudding w/3 Strawberries Lunch - S - Salad w/Chicken breast, cucumbers, few cherry tomatoes, 2 artichoke hearts and homemade vinaigrette (2tsp each EVOO & Balsamic + 1 tsp mustard) over romaine *Green tea w/Truvia Snack - E - med apple + 8 almonds *Workout!* Dinner - S - (Out) Beef Patty w/ bacon, jack cheese, avocado, mushrooms, and green chile + side of steamed (or sautéed) spinach

Br: (SH) 3 fried eggs, 1 slice toast w/butter and SBJ Sn: (S) special occasions vanilla almond cake w/homemade condensed milk and greek yogurt as icing topped with strawberry SBJ.
L: (C/O) tomato vegetable soup with beef. 1 Quart snickers hot chocolate, I didn't make that recipe 3 times to fill a quart, I just added enough water and stevia to make a quart.
Sn: (S) magic cookie bars, so happy how my condensed milk turned out!!
S: (S) baked chicken, steamed buttered cabbage, roasted onions.

B: 1 slice toast (E) Slept all day (I'm on night shift right now...) Dinner: baked chicken breast and salad (FP) Dessert: brownie batter (E) 2100 snack: strawberry gummies (FP) 0000: salad with beef steak (S) 0300: joseph's fuel pull crackers with light laughing cow cheese (FP) 0600: scrambled eggs (S) Hopefully sleep all day....
