Hi everyone, I made these on Sunday and just love them. They completely demolish my chocolate cravings. I did make these changes to my own cookies: -she calls for 1/2 cup coconut sugar- I used 1/4 cup and possibly less next time (I'm using coconut sugar in my plan instead of stevia or the like. It has not effected my weight loss thus far) -I used chopped up unsweetened bakers chocolate as my 'chocolate chips'. It is very bitter on its own but you don't notice it when it is mixed into the cookies -they are most delicious after a night in the fridge I limit myself to one cookie at a time. here is the link, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do: thesmoothielover.com/healthy-avocado-chocolate-cookies/

These do look great! I've got avacadoes ripening on the counter. I'll use xylitol and stevia for the sweetener.

How much Stevia would you use for these? Just to taste?

Yes, to taste. Be careful when adding...so you don't get too much. Especially with chocolate, stevia can be easy to over use, then be bitter.

For those interested in trying these cookies, you totally should. They are amazing! I found I needed 5 tsp of sweet blend. Any less and the cookies taste like cardboard.
