I don't know if this made an E or an S, I follow the directions with these tweaks:
1 bag broccoli slaw instead of cabbage 1/2 c sliced red onion 3 mini bell peppers 1 bunch thin asparagus 1 lb diced, cooked chicken for the meat (cooked in crock pot with a bit of organic broth and some butter)
ETA: i used 1 tsp of coconut oil to start the cooking

This would be FP if you used boneless skinless breasts and kept to about a 1/5 of the recipe or more generous in an S or E setting with added S or E fuels Might be nice over rice for an E.
