Rebekah, I see CO on your menu now, seems like we get the same ideas at the same time! I think my body want SH or CO so that I can keep up with nursing.

Yes, Susie I have been enjoying crossovers. It has been helping my milk supply, I think. I'm just watching my weight. And so far don't seem to be gaining at all..

Susie one suggestion that was passed on from Pearl was for the Crossovers for nursing mamas is adding the extra bit of fat to an E rather than the E fuel to a S, more of the pure fat variety of butter, olive or coconut rather than nuts and cheese I am trying to add some Crossovers as well I don't keep good track of my babe's weight, but it seems she has plumped a little in the last couple weeks I have been trying this (might be my imagination), but I have not

Thank you Steffanie! I've been adding carbs to my S meals more often than adding fats to my Es. That might bring more fun to the menu! I think my little guy has been happier in the last few weeks and I also think he's plumped up a bit.

There's always something to learn...seems I've had to learn the hard way with first plenty of E meals, and not being scared of crossovers!
