I don't know where this goes, but how do you prepare the not naughty rice? Help!

On page 209 there is a great little section on konjac noodles (same prep as the rice), but basically you drain and rinse and then you can microwave or pan fry. I usually use them in soup so I skip the cooking and just put them in and cook them in the broth or I stir fry and put them in at the end and fry them for a few minutes
