I just wanted to ask a question about the ketchup recipe from the book.....the recipe calls for a can of tomato paste and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of what types tomato paste would be on plan? What amount of sugar am I looking for?

As long as it has no added sugar, you'll be fine.

If there is sugar in the ingredient list on the can, this is added sugar. All tomatoes products have some naturally occurring sugars that will be in the nutrition facts, but it should not list sugar as an ingredient.

The ketchup recipe always gets clumpy on me when refrigerated. Anyone else having this happen? Any suggestions on keeping it smooth?

Ok. Thanks! I have a few ideas and if I find something that works to fix this problem I will have to post it in case anyone else comes across this problem.
