I'm in my second week of FP cycle. First week I did great! This week I feel horrible; I'm so exhausted today, even walking feels like to much. Is that normal? I'm on FP cycle day 4; week 2. Anyone else experienced something like that?

I'm doing a fuel pull cycle right now as well but I haven't experienced that....usually I struggle more when I first start the cycle, but once I'm going I'm fine. Hope you feel better!

Thanks! I did a E late night snack yesterday. What do you eat for snacks on FP days? My period is 6 days late so I might have something to do with that yet as well. ?

For FP snacks I eat: muffing in a bowl (pg 259 from the book), o% fat Greek yogurt with strawberries, berry gummies (e-zine recipe), light wasa crackers with light laughing cow cheese and low carb turkey deli meat, lettuce roll ups with LLCC and low carb turkey deli meat, and a FP pumpkin cake recipe that I make in individual ramekins. Ya I think your period might definitely have something to do with it; I know that mine always makes me more tired!
