I'm in the UK, and a company called Two Chicks, who have up until now just sold liquid egg whites, have started making these... www.twochicks.co.uk/chirps/sour-cream-onion/They are chips with an egg white base, and really yummy. If you don't want to click on the link, per 28g pack, they contain 3.7g fat, 9.9g carbs - 0.6g fibre, so 9.3g net carbs, and 9.4g protein. I get the technicalities of how to eat something like this on plan, if with a meal. I could add extra protein and carbs, and it would be an E meal. OR, I could add extra protein and fat, and it would just scrape into an S meal. But, as a stand alone snack, what is it? Too high in carbs to eat without more protein? And seriously...if they import these to the US, you need to try them!

It seems for me these would not be on plan, especially with the rice flour being the first ingredient. But, let me check on these to be sure.

The first ingredient is white rice.. I don't think these are a recommended on plan item. If you do decide to use them, anyway, they may be better off used in an E setting..
