I took the MRT blood test and it came back that I am moderately reactive to coconut, olives, and cow's milk, among other things. What do I cook/ bake with?! I have been using grape seed oil and pecan oil, but what about a saturated oil? Also, red palm oil is closely related to coconut, so I am hesitant to use it. Thank you!

I am not familiar with the test, but my kiddos couldn't do cow's milk but the could do butter or ghee when they had intolerance/allergy testing. Maybe that could be an option? Otherwise lard (if you use pork) or beef tallow could be options. Red Palm is going to be hard to know.
