Does anyone have a good S recipe for bread? I have tried a few recipes in the book, Bread in a Mug, and Golden flat bread,but no one in our family liked them. They are somehow not substantial enough. If that makes any sense! Maybe we just need to get used to the different texture? I make sourdough bread and that will take care of our E bread needs I believe? (I am new to all this still, sorry!) So if anyone has any recipes/links that I could try for S breads,I would really appreciate them! Thanks!

THM has come out with a Baking Blend. There is a bread recipe from that that tastes pretty normal! You might check that out.

It is the Swiss bread and the Swiss loaf. They are on pages 196 and 198 of the new cookbook.
