Sorry if this is the wrong section, I just joined the forum.
I have been doing THM for about5 days now, the first two days were incredible! I have a major sugar addiction, and always carb binge/crash/crave sugar and get shaky/pass out hungry. I haven't had those cravings/carb binges since I started THM. I've been really happy with new self-control over things that aren't on the plan and wasn't really feeling hungry, but felt really satisfied. The last three days though have been rough, esp. waking in the morning, I felt like I could pass out, and couldn't exercise as usual at all. I'm also feeling so hungry between the three hour meal/snack spacing that I feel that "bingey" feeling again if that makes sense, and that's not good. I had to eat today between the 3 hr window because I was so hungry, but did only eat a few nuts and a tiny piece of Chocolate Nut Slab.
I have 6 kiddos I homeschool so being hungry/shaky isn't working for me!
-I exercise usually 4-5 days a week, yoga or cardio if that matters. I also drink enough water throughout the day.
-I've been using Pyure (stevia/erythritol) and I've never used the erythritol before, don't know if that would cause this?
-Can someone look at my meals and see if I'm doing something wrong? Thank you!
Here is what i ate (as much as I remember)
Day 2
B: oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk E
snack: 0%greek with berries and 1 tsp defatted Peanut Butter FP
L: 3 eggs/2 sausage, broccoli w coconut oil S
Snack: Chocolate Chia Pudding FP
D: turkey burger/avoc/lettuce/mayo/onions S
Des: THM Pumpkin pie S
Day 3
B: 3 eggs/2 sausage/0%greek yogurt with berries S
L: Sweet potato w/coconut oil/cinnamon/stevia, tuna wrapped in cabbage leaves E
Snack: Choc muffin in a mug w/ blackberries S
Dinner: salmon w salad/avo/goat cheese/nuts/olive oil/balsamic vinegar S
Dess: pumpkin pie THM S
Day 4
B:Oatmeal w/0% greek yogurt E
L: 3 eggs/2 sausage/broccoli with butter, 1 square 85% chocolate S
Snack: Muffin in a mug/blackberries S
D: 1.5 Crabby cakes, salad w/cheese/avo/nuts, broccoli w/butter S
Des:2 pieces THM pumpkin pie w coconut cream S
Day 5
B: Quinoa/almond milk (E) at 8:30
Snack/couldn't make it to 12:30, 8 pistachios and small piece of Chocolate Nut Slab S
L: 2 eggs/2 sausage with 1 S THM light white muffin at 12:30
Snack: Muffin in a Mug with coconut whipped cream, S 3:30
D: cabbage/ground turkey/cheese with green beans 7:00
Des: THM pumpkin pie with coconut cream 8:00
